Maximum numbers:

Seating in rows: 1,270 persons
plus standing room for:180 persons

Rent without heating or other additional costs:

10,750 euros regular
3,650 euros reduced internal link

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1.The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

Conditions:

No smoking
No candles
No events with catering in the hall; catering possible in the foyer; stand-up meals only

Room size:

964 square metres (43.15 x 22.35 m)

Availability:

All year round
Outside the concert season (August to mid-September) the Hercules Hall may not be available due to renovation works.

Cloakrooms, artists' dressing rooms, soloist's rooms, foyer

Technical equipment / furniture:

Organ, lectern, music stands, chairs for the musicians, microphones, amplifier, loudspeakers, spotlights
