Rent without heating or other additional costs:

3,000 euros regular
1,000 euros reduced internal link

The rent can only be reduced under the following conditions:
1.The room is being used for a cultural event (concert, theatre, reading, exhibition or similar),
2. tickets are officially on sale to the public in advance,
3. the event is open to everyone and
4. is suitably advertized and published.

If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the regular rent will be charged.

Technical equipment / furniture:

Concert seating may be used by arrangement with the concert agency Bell'Arte (Mrs Schreyer); the stage may be used by arrangement with the Tonicale Musik & Event GmbH.
